Winner of the 2017, increasingly prestigious, Pink Lady Food Photographer of the year is Bangladeshi-based Shoeb Faruquee. Shoeb also won the Pink Lady Food For Celebration category sponsored by Champagne Taittinger.

Over 8000 images from over 60 countries were entered for this year’s competition. Other category winners included Waiting for Stew in the Food Sn-apping (in aid of Action Against Hunger) by Laura Cook (UK) and  Silo by Emma Boyns (UK) in the  BBC Good Food Fresh Talent Award.
