Yuzu Marmalade

Counter-intuitively, the Italian food supplier Table@Vallebona now offers a range of Japanese artisanal food, eg seaweed, aged soy sauces, miso, and also a fresh, delicately flavoured Yuzu Marmalade,  made from organic yuzus (a fruit that lands somewhere between a lemon and a mandarin). The marmalade is naturally sweet, reminiscent of a fragrant lemon curd.
